Return of goods

Return and exchange of goods is made only in case manufacturing defect! If upon receipt of the order you found a marriage, then you can return or exchange the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of its receipt, not counting the day of receipt goods.

What should be done in this case:

1. Write to our manager by e-mail, or call him at our contact numbers, indicate the order number and code (article) of the product, be sure to attach a photo of the marriage to the letter.

2. Our manager will write and send you the data to send. In the parcel in a mandatory order, there must be a note indicating the reason for the return.

3. Then you will need to send the number of the waybill of the carrier company to our manager by Email.
Attention! The product must have a tag, and it must be neatly packed. Worn, washed, or mistakenly ordered goods exchanged and non-refundable!
